We install plastic trim removal system and dust extraction plants in flexible packaging converting and cutting establishments.
We have developed plants for the most esteemed manufacturers of cutters and printing machines such as Uteco, HP, IMS Technologies, Goebel, Cavalleri, Mobert and many others.
The plastic trimmings are extracted by a fan and are directed to the place destined for compacting of the production waste.
The trim can be cut on the machine by rotary granulators or, in some cases, directly by a small chopper fan.
Before being re-introduced into the enviroment, the air used to transport the trimmings can be filtered through bag filters or cartridge filters. Our filters are compliant with the ATEX 2014/34/EU Directive.
We also manufacture extraction and emission plants for the air used by the printing machines.
